Not in the UK unfortunately, anything over 15mph is classed as a powered vehicle and needs a licence. Shame really.
actually, you need a license for any vehicle that is capable of going over 50 mph

07nevivarg – it’s very expensive to purchase but offset the cost saved by not using a car or pubic transport, it’ll save you thousands a year. Also, there’s no certainty of sales volume but if it takes off then of course by economies of scale, the price will reduce.
