How to change (tune) the fork spring on a mountain bike. Rock Shox Recon example.

This method is somewhat standard across the board. This same exact method can be used on the Reba, Recon, Tora, and other series by Rockshox and many other brands.

My 2007 Kestrel RT700 in Copper Blaze/Silver. Frame & fork 2.42 lbs. It’s fast, aerodynamic, responsive and comfortable. I love it! See the tags for the components. June 2007
